Woodland Companions Two small mushrooms rest quietly on a piece of driftwood – a unique wall decoration inspired by the Nordic forest.
✨ Each piece from Liljas Scandinavian Handicraft is 100% handmade in Sweden. Every artwork comes with a signed Certificate of Authenticity, including the name of the piece, date of creation, and my signature.
The mushroom stems are hand-carved from linden wood, and the caps are turned from birch found along the Swedish west coast. To add a more natural and woodland-like look, the caps are lightly scorched with flame. Everything is mounted on a weathered driftwood piece and framed in a simple alder frame that highlights the artwork without drawing attention away from it.
The driftwood and birch were both collected by the sea near Lysekil, Sweden. Finished with eco-friendly lacquer and ready to hang with a brass loop on the back.
